  1. Sit in a place where you won't be distracted. Cup your hands, and close your eyes.
  2. Imagine red-hot energy swirling from your chakras. Picture that energy forming a ball into your hands.
  3. Feel the warmth radiate from the ball as you picture the ball burst into flames.
  4. Open your eyes. You should see a fireball at your eye level, a foot away.
  5. To control the ball, use hand motions.
  6. To douse the fire, close your eyes and picture blue energy swirling from your chakras and extinguish the fire. Open your eyes. The fire and the water should be gone.
