Casting Instructions for 'Shadow Magic'

Find a quiet place to sit and make sure to bring shadows or make shadows (just get something big enough to make a shadow if so). Now put your hands over that shadow/s and then imagine the darkness from them draining into your body. When you think you have drained enough try pushing that through out your body and making a shadow all around you in different forms. Now you can either make your shadow that form or Send those shadows somewhere else
