First, concentrate. Think of the time of the incident. What happened? What do you want to change? Now, as you are thinking of that, say these words:

I made a mistake, in which I must make right.
I must go back in time, while it is still night.

Now close your eyes and concentrate on the details. Open your eyes. You should be at the scene.
