of course not, not working, not that way. Well if you see subliminal messages it repeated dozens time, with ''altered states of mind''. in hindu the Mantras have their ''bija mantra'' (vibration aspect) which only a word of vibration like Shreem, Kleem, Hreem and ''Primodial mantra'' such as aum to power supply energy source the mantras meaning and goal. In some european mantra there must be Energy work (even write inside the spell) with a specific gods or goddess or some spirits for the spells energy sources. Doing spell with just only mouth and sound will bring no result and failure. so this spell is just 2 sentences (even there is no repetition poem like power of 3), just too small little effort and not aligned to any energy sources or elemental, sorry
