Fun little spell i've been using since I could drive all you need to do is pool energy into your dominate hand then focusing on the traffic light chant:

Count of 1 the spells begun,
Count of 2 all lights atune,
Count of 3 be green for me,
1,2,3 So Mote It Be!

After this tap your dash three times and on the third tap send the now purposed energy flying at the lights and watch them change so that you can go.

Sometimes it helps to synch this with whatever music you have on your radio in order to help you focus in your irritation at hitting red lights!
