You work with the elements, you can't control the elements.

Your not believing

Magical, there is no reputable proof of controlling elements. If people were able to do things like that, I'm sure they'd be showing it off more.

K, that's an observation, care to elaborate a bit? As I said in my original post Magical_hex you work with the elements, not control them. Each element has its own unique properties and strengths we can call on in our lives to bring peace and balance to them. We can cast a spell like a potion which would primarily be a water based spell, and call on the energies of the water element to help us. These are are part of nature and fall under the realm of possibility with magick. Humans cannot control elements naturally, this is why a spell claiming you can doesn't work, it contradicts nature.

Honestly, hex, I haven’t been here long yet I know we work with them, not against them

How do we work with them

Hi I I’ve been looking into magic for a week now and I’m interested in hydokinises any tips

Unfortunately, you cannot control water with magick, but you can work with it. Research sea witchcraft as well as potion craft. You can turn any liquid into a potion [I wanted to control water when I started studying, but when I learned I couldn't I started making potions, it's super simple] You can charge hand lotion, soup, tea, juice, soap, and baths into potions if you charge them with energy. You can also work with spirits and astral beings associated with the water elements an incorporate them into your craft.

Ok thanks

Do you know any good potions to start with?

Research the magickal properties of the herbal teas you own [mint tea can be used for money] place the teabag in the cup and pour the hot water over it. Cup your hands around it [a few millimetres away so you don't burn yourself] and charge the tea with energy as it steeps [imagine all the positives that will come from the results and how you can achieve your goal] once it's done steeping, find a relaxing spot to mindfully sip the tea while imagining the results [if you would like to say a chant before drinking it, you can] You could also use a similar method in enchanting your bathwater. Throw some herbs into the water [I've used tea bags, some people bundle their herbs in cheesecloth] give it a little stir to mix them around as well as charge the water with energy, then soak in the tub while visualizing your desired outcome.

Ok I’ll try it

Ok I’ll do that

Can someone teach me how to make potions privately?

Jan 12, 2021
I don't teach [meaning, I don't take on students] but potions are simply liquid spells. You could charge your morning cup of coffee with energy and it would be a potion. You could write protection symbols on your skin with lotion and it could also be considered a potion. Choosing ingredients for a soup and string it while reflecting on your desired intent is also a potion.

You cannot control or manipulate water with Real Magik.
