Stare at a clock or watch (must be analogue) and chant this multiple times (in your head or under your breath if you are in public):

"Time time
Please go fast
Time time
Go right past
Time time let me see
Please, so mote it be."

Chant as many times as needed until the required hand reaches the chosen time.

You cannot make time go faster or slower with Real Magic. At best, you will create an illusion to perceive the passage of time is different, but it will not effect the speed time ticks by.
