Focus on heat and then say this ''Fire burning day and night give me warmth and give me light''. Repeat untill you feel warm. The more times you repeat it the warmer you get.

Will this work...? I just came across it randomly so I don't know.

As outlined, I don't think this spell will work very well. If you know how to charge/ground energy, I would charge energy into your body, visualize a fire growing inside you, and say this chant. [you might also wish to start small by creating a psi ball to warm your hands]

It worked for me but It didn't work the first time it worked after repeating it around 10times hope this helps
