Interesting. What exactly do you mean by water cloak?

What I hear is I made water run up my spine the I raped my self with energy to feel safe

You can have a bath with the intention to connect with the water element. I question the phrase ''water cloak'' as it implies some water covering like ''invisibility cloak'' which is not possible.
