So first you want to drop some tears on to a wiccan pentagram on a paper, than say "Fix the wicked, mend my soul, for I am yet a kid, let me be whole" like a poem than burn the paper with the tears and pentagram on it.
While this spell obviously has the best of intentions, if someone is being abused, the proper authorities should be notified. Doing a spell in addition would be fine, but one should never rely solely upon magick when it comes to something as serious as abuse.
It may not exactly link to physical abuse, It may mean mental and even then if its done by someone else i agree with you wholeheartedly. But if its done by oneself, then something may lift moral spirits like this
First off, it's just a pentagram, not a ''wiccan'' [small side note] it can be a simple healing ritual after the person has left the abusive situation [be it mental, emotional, sexual or physical] but if you wish to use this as a way to have the person leave the abuser, I would either go for a different spell, but also try and get help for the person. On it's own it wouldn't be very effective.
