Animal Calming

Hold your pet (or child) close . a hug works best. If you have an amplifier, place it in your lap (if you can hold it loosely in hand, that's fine to. Please don't clench your hand, it interrupts the calming affects)

If you don't have one, that's fine,you just need .ore focused and calm energy. While your holding your pet, imagine they have a mix of blue and red energy. The blue is good, while the red is there anxiety and sadness, plus anger. Imagine yourself filled with green energy, that is your inner serenity. Push the green energy into your pet,while chanting "I am loud, and so are you, as I get quieter, you shall too." as you chant, slowly get quieter and quieter.

This spell has a small lasting affect, although if the thing causing stress is still around, your pet will instantly get anxious again. I hope this helps you out, it worked for me.
