Before going to bead, light your favorite incense.

Ground yourself, let your roots reach deep below the earths surface.

Begin breathing in deeply and slowly, releasing in the same manner while envisioning all of your daily tensions draining away from your body down thru your roots to the earths core.

Now envision the moons energy & light slowly filling the emptiness inside with a calming spirit.

Once you are relaxed, lay in bed in a comfortable position and repeat the following spell as many times as needed until sleep comes upon you...

I call upon you in this hour,

(Your Deity), and your power,

Help me put my mind to rest.

So tomorrow I'll be at my best.

And when it's time for me to rise.

Call to me and open my eyes.
