Look at the person going to be blown away and chant:
Maga winga! Maga winga! Let thy foe blow away, miles from mi, as i get my revanche! (revanche if french for revenge and mi is french for me)

When it say miles from mi how should mi be pronounced

Do I have to keep on saying this or can I do this on command and doesn't even work

This is fake and does not work.

The French isn't even correct. And there is no reason to throw individual words from a foreign language into a chant. This would be a fine spell for children playing pretend, but it has no actual validity or use I'm afraid.
