•Potting soil
•One brown egg

•Candle (red , brown , or white)
•Incense

•If you are using a plastic container, punch a couple of holes in the bottom of it for drainage
•Put 1/3 full of potting soil
•Take your brown marker and write on the egg the things that you want banished out of your life and home.
•Light the candle and the incense
•Pass your egg through the smoke of the incense
•As you do this say

•Pass your egg across, through, over, or around the candle flame. Now say.

•walk around your home carrying the egg. As you go into each room imagine that all the negative energy, all the worry, all the fear, all the things you have written on that egg are being pulled out of the environment and are being sucked into the egg in your hand. (Take your time no need to rush) Imagine also that any thing within your own self that might be contributing to the things you want banished are also being sucked into the egg.
•When you are finished walking into each room, press the egg gently press it into the container.
•sprinkle your tablespoon of brown sugar so that it can sweeten the energy.
