Casting Instructions for 'Calming'

Whenever you are stressed out or mad at someone, you don't want to start lashing out curses and hexes. use this instead: close your eyes and visualize yourself in a lake or waterfall, or any water source. Visualize yourself going into the water source. As you walk in visualize yourself with your arms open like you are praising something and visualize the water pulling you into another place. A place of serenity. When you get entirely in the water say in your head or aloud: "Serenity, peace and love, i shall not get angry, when push comes to shove. So mote it be." After that you should feel better within the next couple of seconds if you did it right.
