Casting Instructions for 'Banish Bad Energy'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 2 towels
  • Quiet Room
  • Optional-
  • A Candle Or 2

Step 1-Twist The Towels And Make Them Into A Circle in the middle of room.
Step 2-(If you have candle/s please read) light the candle/s and put it on any side by the towel and keep it a few inches away.
Step 3- Meditate in the circle and make sure you have a clear mind.
Step 4- Once you have a clear mind think of the room silent and clean.Think of a giant white glowing ball in the middle of the room.Imagine It Getting bigger and brighter.
Step 5-When The ball gets bigger it fills up the room with sun.
Step 6- Clear you mind and take deep breaths while counting back from 5.
Step 7- Open your eyes and you will realizing a clean feeling.
Step 8- Blow out the candles and then stretch.
Step 9- If You Don't Feel That Clean feeling retry and do the procedure a little bit slower.
