Take the item in your hand and rubb it. Picture the spirit in your mind. Then chant, '' spirit I know you are there, your secrete is now out, you will now stop following ( name of person) as long as this is by there side.'' chant that four times while rubbing it, that in 24 hours, give the person the jewelry.
