Carry rose quartz around with you. When you see someone you want to be friends with, hold the rose quartz and whisper:

"(Persons name) seems (quality you want in a friend).

He/she/they would be a good friend.

Our bond shall never end.

So mote it be."

The next time you see the person, they will want to be your friend.
