You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Pencil
  • Color
  • Voice (Optional)

Draw your brother/sister the best way you can. Make sure to color it it. Then, write these details:
Name:
Age:
Height:
Weight:
Skin Color:
Eye Color:
Hair Color:
And Extra Details:
Then chant (or just think, but chanting probably works better):

Make me a brother/sister, make them real, everyone knows them, and love me, they will.

Then dispose of the paper

Note: This spell can be cast more than once, and you don’t have to ask me to put it in a YouTube video or whatever. Also, I’m not sure about how long it normally takes, so just put it in extra details.

No, you can't create a physical being from nothing. You could try a wish spell, or casting on your parents [please don't cast over others] but ultimately if you want a younger sibling it's either adoption, or the natural way [and even then you can't pick your future siblings gender, look, or interests]

Unfortunately this spell does not work at all. The entire premise of it is deeply flawed. The closest you might find to what you are after would be through a spell for fertility, which would need to be done during the time-period that the people are trying to conceive.
