under the full moon place the wolf hair on the ground then chant wolf by night human by day make me a werewolf at night and human by day so mote be it then the wolf hair will vanish and wait for the next full moon

I was just contemplating that, right around the time you stop being a fluffy bunny. Stating a fact of Magic is not being mean, if I truly desired to be mean, I would be. That above, is a statement, void of emotional context, you are reading too much into it.
