When you are in a race etc. you want to go fast right? Well try this. This depends on the person but try to gather up your strongest emotion. Mine was anger. Yours will probably be something like jealously, anger, irritation etc. HAPPINESS WILL NOT HELP. Then put all of that feeling into your running, and soon you will be running like you have never run before.

This should be edited. What Lex3051 is describing is energy work. You are focusing energy into specific parts of your body and setting the intention to run faster than the person in front of you. This can also be described as visualization, or motivation. This is not a spell, but it can work for people. I would caution you on focusing a specific emotion, especially anger, whenever you run because it could have a negative effect. Anger can be healthy. You can use exercise to work through emotions. However, when your actions are fueled by a negative emotion, it can have a negative consequence. Anger could become energetically linked with running which could result in either feeling anger when you run, or being unable to reach your full potential unless you focus on that emotion when you run.
With all of that said, please be aware this will not make you The Flash. You will improve with practice, but you will not run faster than our natural limitations. You would focus energy into specific points in your body when you need an extra burst of energy during a race.
This should be edited to provide more detailed information. You can use qi gong or tai chi to manage energy in your body and direct it towards the legs to run faster. But you must know that you won't be able to have superhuman speed.
