Casting Instructions for 'Control Youself'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Focus
  • Idea of what you want to change about yourself.

  • Idea of what you want to change about yourself.

1. Create an energy orb (or a psi ball).
2. Spilt the orb into 10 orbs and place each orb on the tips of your fingers.
3. Place your finger tips on your head.
4. While thinking of your problem, force energy into your mind and chant:

 

"To all who know
and all who see,
My thought shall not
control me."

 

(Practice this every day untill the thoughts are gone)
