Draw an eye on your palm then draw three thunder bolts on it, point your palm to your target while closing your eyes and focucing your anger at the destruction of the target

Alas, this spell would fall into the 'not real' category. It was created by someone who, at best, was very new to magic and was severely lacking in experience and understanding.
The name is made-up, the symbol the writer describes sounds inspired by cartoons... Or maybe from the rune-magic section of Palladium book's original fantasy rpg. A pretty fun 'pen and paper' rpg, I admit, and one I spent many an hour playing in my youth.
I can see where the writer was trying to go with this, as an attempt to do an 'evil eye' styled affair. But it misses the mark.
