You will need the following items for this spell:

Glass jar or a container with a lid

1. Cast a circle as normal, calling all the quarters and erecting a barrier of energy.
2. Consecrate all the items which you are going to use. Lay then out on your alter,
3. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the objects.

4. Bind the green ribbon around the jar 3 times.
Say. Thrice I bind thee and so with 9 calls you will heal.
5. Put all the small objects and glitter into the jar; screw the lid on and shake 9 times.
Say Power of healing, I command you, heal ( Name of sick person) from all sickness!
6. Thank the elements and the guardians of the watchtowers and take the circle down.
7. When you have finished, then keep the jar in a safe place, and every time you need the power of healing… take it out and shake it 9 times, say the following over and over

Be well (name) be free of sickness
