Lie down somewhere comfortable. If you can't find a comfortable place, lie on the floor or ground. Think of your soul releasing it's power, resting in peace. After you have released the power, draw a pentagram over your heart and say ''I am true to my soul, as I am to my will. Set me to my natural state, in silence and serenity. I have the heart and soul of my dragon's might. Let it's peace settle over me in my dreams, so mote it be''. After you have finished saying this, relax. Think of the warm feeling you have. Allow yourself to drift off into a deep slumber.

Being born on the year of the dragon does not mean you are a literal dragon. You do not have a dragon trapped within. This spell does not work.
