Fill a tub with warm spring or well water for best results sprinkle items in and let sit while you meditate or chant for relaxation, get into the tub soak and think of all nature bringing blooming roses you choose the beauty of your choice let the water soak into self wash with it get out of the tub air dry. Go to bed and in the morning you will be relaxed and refreshed and smell great
