First create a Psi Ball, if you do not know how to look at spells of how to create them. Spend five minutes making you Psi 'solid' and ready for the next step. Imagine your object you want to make, a sword for example, imagine that item and nothing else. You should feel the Psi altering. Now do what you want with you newly created Psi object.
From what I am understanding of this spell, no. If you expect to somehow materalize an animal from thin air, that cannot happen. You could create a spirit that takes the form of an animal in the otherworld/astral plane/whatever you believe in, but I don't think that's what the spell is claiming.
I don't think it will work. The fact that you cannot create anything out of thin air applies here. From energy you can summon a familiar or somthing...but create anything.

Correct. Psi balls are energy. You pool it in your hands and then force it into an item for spell casting [what happens when someone says ''charge your candle with energy''] They don't create solid, physical objects.
Exactly, it’s frustrating sometimes to see people acting like us mortals have the permission to act as God, because we don’t. Certain things are forbidden and just don’t work because we don’t have the knowledge. Even if we did, it has the potential to be dangerous either way.
This requires an edit to further explain the concept. This is energy manipulation and it is real. It is how you cast spells. Once you know how to create a psi ball, you can shape and direct the energy however you wish. Please be aware, you cannot create physical objects with psi balls. You can enchant physical items with psi balls. That is what we mean when we say charge objects.
