Question

I have a question,... Can astral projection take you anywhere; including the nonexistent cinematic universe. Also can astral projection be dangerous and can you lucid dream while you astral project or are they the same thing ( if not is astral projection teleporting your spiritual essence while lucid dreaming is your physical/ mental essence) . How does it all work?
