Shape shifting

I'm unsure if shape shifting is possible in the physical form but what about in the spiritual form. Can one channel an inner beast and spiritually take the form of the desired creature. Is there a spell for that.

Physical shifting is quite impossible for many reasons. Astral/mental shifting is possible.

Draq is correct here. One cannot physically change your human form.

It is absolutely possible to take another form during astral travel or lucid dreaming.

As mentioned, physically no, but there are spiritual forms of shifting like mental, spiritual, and astral [maybe reality shifting falls into "shifting" but I've never looked into that type]
