Land is haunted

I've recently moved and came to noticed that the land is haunted. I've had seven encounters with different sorts of spirits and have fallen ill because of them. In dreams I get the information that the first nation people of this land were brutality slaughter. My question is if there is any way to please these spirits or make a mends with them?

Depending on the religion and culture associated with the people in question, you could make offerings of sacred herbs as a way to appease them. You could also find a Shaman or religious leader from their religion and culture to help them cross over and find peace.
