Halt Fluids

This is a spell to halt monthly fluids. Get a piece of wood or log, and on one side carve Legba and the other side carve Vala. Then rub your abdomen on one tip of the wood and also have your abdomen stay 2 ft from tip for some time, around a minute. If you are in pain it also helps to say "Vala" aloud while touching the carved wood.
