When your level of prana (qi) is higher than Vishuddhi, then all dreams are lucid. If the level of prana is below Vishuddhi (throat) - it is unlikely that there will be lucid dreams. Ideally, when the left hemisphere turns on during sleep (right hemisphere).
Plus, in meditation before going to bed, let's have a clear intention to become aware. And train all sorts of reality check tricks (google).
this topic suspiciously came after i spoke about dream walking in now deleted forum post concerning curses and how they work, where, i mentioned how i used in long gone past techniques to seduce girls with some dreamwalking techniques i learned, and later i developed technique not to make pleasant human interaction, but also to harm chronically others trough ''dream''walking...well, your thought carries the energy, and energy follows your thought...you dont need to be in lucid dream to enter your targets subconsciousness... no pranaynaayamavishadn stuff is needed...you have many methods, and i chose the scientific one, lowering my brainwaves to 8Hz, and reaching out to my target at certain time i deemed of tactical interest..and my practice was ultra successful ! in the past i tried many occult practices, only ending in denial and phantasmagory...then i turned toward paracelsiuse's method of separating fluff superstition from real deal, and i was AweD by results! So, Light and knowledge, wisdom, science and outsmarting rules of this universe is the way...
