Hi everybody sending you all good vibes I strongly believe somebody has put a curse on me, mini health concerns of them arising out of nowhere, some I may be life-threatening… I have always had the insulation that somebody put a curse on me and then yesterday I got a message on Instagram from a stranger and told me somebody close to me put upstairs and doing black magic on me. So as it which I immediately thought this was not a coincidence, it is my first time in any form of any kind in my life. So please bear with me and help me through this lol Merlino The Great.

Messages of that sort, over any media, are a scam. Plain and simple. No matter how Psychic someone may be, they are not going to dream of you -and- your contact information.
Those messages are sent out by automated bots to millions of people at a time, specifically to convince people to use the link, or phone number, or whatever contact method they can to get you to talk to them.
Their sole goal is to convince you that you are under attack from something, and the only way out is to give them money. They are vultures, cons, liars, and flat boggy scum. Get yourself far, far away. Report the message to Instagram, block, and forget it. I sincerely hope you have not replied yet or given any personal information.
If you have replied, but not given any info, then at least it is easy to block further messages, no harm.
Those precautions aside, what is it specifically that tells you you've been attacked? You mentioned health concerns. What makes you think they are not just normal occurrences? Functions of life include illnesses and body issues, it is normal for stuff to happen.
Well, if something negative was sent to you.. Since you are not a magician, I cannot give you magical techniques (they will be difficult).
Try basic cleaning. You need salt and a basin. Pour salt into a basin. Stand with your bare feet in the salt, close your eyes and imagine how the salt draws all the gray dark energy into itself through your feet. You can walk a little on the salt by walking over the feet while standing still. This should take 15-20 minutes. You can also cast a spell for purification along the way and hold a candle in your hands. - Salt then flush down the toilet. Repeat this procedure three times. Also take baths with sea salt for the first few days.
If you have unpleasant sensations, dreams - this is normal, so the negative comes out.

Many will say you can not be cursed unless you believe yourself to be cursed or that you allow yourself to be cursed by believing in such abstract concepts that have no proof. I personally disagree with this as I have come across cursed objects or objects that have negative energy attached to them. I have removed such items from the woods as I hike/spend time among the trees and I have come across such items in second hand establishments. There are several ways to handle your situation. First and foremost take a cleansing bath with salts and herbs/essential oils, as you may be feeling the build up of negative energy we all can have an issue with if we are not cleansing ourselves regularly. We all pick up negative energy as we traverse this world and we must shake/shed this build up as it can have one feelinglike they are cursed. It iseasily reversewith some basic cleansing practices and if you keep these basic practices in your routine it shouldn't build up in the future. I also suggest burning some incense as you meditate, use this to help clear space for the shield strengthening you should also make a part of your regular routine.
If you do in fact need a reversal or breaker spell beyond the cleansing and purification I would suggest a reversal candle anointed with specificoil for breaking as well as the symbology associated with your casting, that will beutilized during the three days of the full to waning moon. Do this after you have cleansed and purified yourself then repeat the process to further cleanse and purify your body, mind, and soul as well as your living spaces.
Juggle a container with witch hazel from one hand to another. Dilute salt in water and pour over scalp. Use a small amount of geranium in your shampoo.
