Unfortunately or fortunately depending on one one looks at it, magic doesn't just let anything the caster wants to happen happen. A spell releases energy toward the caster's intention, but there can be many variables that can get in the way. Since magic works using natural energies, what you want to happen also has to be possible. If what you want to happen has a low probability of happening, a spell may not even work.
It is exactly as draq said, spell work doesn't work in the way where anything one wants one gets.
It does have to be possible, and some spells within the realm of possibility won't work due to a very low probability. Such as manifesting the exact same item one lost long ago. It is much more probably one will manifest the exact same type of item, but not the exact one, and even more probably one will manifest something very similar. Aside from that there is a great possibility the manifestation work will not come about at all.
Spellwork works to align energy with one's intent but that intent, in order to come about at all, must be feasible.
In example a spell to change your eye color is not going to work. It smacks of theatrical witchcraft movie reality. In true and hard fact this will not work.
Think of it like this... everything that may happen exists as a probability, based on the choices you have and will later make. Affected by the same of the people around you. Many things always have a chance of happening, but some are more likely, and others are approaching or at zero.
For example while sitting on my couch I have a high chance of my cat jumping onto my lap within the next hour... but basically zero chance of a car crashing through a wall to do the same thing.
Now. Magic working is an act of will to place a nudge into those odds. But that nudge can only change things so much. And the energy needed is exponential. The bigger the change, the more and faster the investment needed will grow.
It is easy to make something already likely to happen (like some snuggle time with your pet) even more likely than it is to make something highly unlikely (like an impromptu automotive lap dance) have even a sliver of a probability. You might increase the likelihood slightly, but it is still far from a guarantee.
This is why magic has such an emphasis on timing and forces. You are building a proverbial tidal wave by gathering together many smaller ripples, in the hopes that it will raise the likelihood of something specific happening high enough to be the more likely outcome.

Not necessarily a spell, but one can definitely achieve desired results by working with energy in multiple ways. Consistent practice and good research can help one learn to cast in such a way that the end result is inline with the intentions or desire of the caster/practitioner. This does not mean that one gets whatever one desires but it can lead to an abundance of in your favor's to manifest.This is why there are magical castings for certain aspects of life such as protection, healing, strength, banishing, cleansing, money, attraction, etc. Practicing how to ground and center, open and algin the chakras, charge items, meditate, raise energy, and manipulate or move energy around in different ways will help you to cast specific spells with more ease. Knowledge of what is possible with magic and what is not possible, will also help one to manifest desired results. It's also important to understand that actions that flow with your desire outside the circle are very important. Mundane actions also help to fuel your desired result into manifestation. Be sure to put everyday energy into what you want to achieve.
With the above stated,there are some items that may help you to manifest a want or desire that you can't find a specific spell for but please use common sense, intelligence, and maturity when utilizing such things. They are rituals or spells created and infused with energy by an experienced practitioner of the craft.
Many you find all that you seek and need,
Below are some links to the items mentioned above that we carry in our site shop;
Whatever they want happen? Well, Witchcraft allows one to manifest their desires either for a more advantageous outcome or for a specific situation. But if you mean cast one spell and *Poof* you can walk on water or turn thread into gold then that's not how real witchcraft works. It honestly makes my blood boil how people think that's how this sacred art of Witchcraft works. If you are serious about learning instead of going for crystal which is what a lot of new witches do, I suggest you look into research. And don't just go for the first search result, check of many sites, see what they say is the same and what they say is different, get a good idea on what witchcraft actually is. Then make a list of what you want to get out of the practice and see if it aligns with you.
