First of all, you must be a member of this site for at least 3 months to apply to take over a coven. That doesn't seem to be an issue in your case as you have been here the required length of time.
Secondly, you must have been an active contributor to the site, including demonstrating the maturity to lead a coven and sound knowledge on magical subjects. Since most of your posts are requests for help to do fairly simple magical actions, it might be that Pet doesn't feel you are ready to lead a coven at this time.
And then you submit your application and you wait. If the Site Administrator decides that you would make a good coven leader you will see it show up on your Profile. If he does not, then you won't hear anything at all. I'd give it a few weeks to see whether your application is approved as Pet can be quite busy. But I think that if you have not heard by the 1st of September it is likely your application was not approved.
