Weight loss spell

I've been looking for a weight loss spell because I struggled with my weight most of my life due to my mom getting diabetes when she was pregnant with me which caused me to be heavy at birth and overall an unhealthy lifestyle at home (no one in my family is skinny, all we tend to eat is carbs because my mom takes after my Italian grandfather who refuses to eat anything that isn't made out of flour and tomato sauce, and exercise was used as a punishment ever since I was 5 years old). My weight has gotten to a point where it's unhealthy and is starting to cause pain and shortness of breath as well as heart related issues. I tried looking through the body and diet spells on this website but all I've seen is spells relating to a certain fetish (I get that some people have tastes in what people consider to be weird but it's taking up the whole website and it's ridiculous) or spells that don't work and require things like blood or are said by the creators of the spells to be unsafe. Does anybody have a weight loss spell that actually works and doesn't require blood?

There are no spells that will magically take weight off. I wish there were as I too have always struggled with weight.

That being said, there are confidence spells that can be used in conjunction with healthy eating and exercise to make it easier to stick to a physical regimen for weight loss. But magic will not work without the mundane actions that are necessary for weight loss.

I know you said that exercise had been used as a punishment for you and that does make it harder to begin a regular program. The trick now is to find a form of exercise that you find fun in doing. Be creative, just do something that helps you to move. I walk a lot now and I may do a walk getting in touch with the natural world and the energies around me, or I may listen to music or books on tape. There is also a great program called the Conqueror Challenges where you virtually walk somewhere in the world. You pick a challenge and then decide how long you will take to do it. Along the way you get to see pictures of where you are. And at the end of the Challenge you receive a really nice medal for completion. So far I've walked the 97 miles of Hadrian's Wall in northern Britain, and I'm now 2/3 of the way towards completing the Great Ocean Road in Australia. There is a Facebook support group where we help each other keep on track. If you think this might interest you, you can find the website at https://www.theconqueror.events/

Carbs aren't necessarily bad unless eaten in excess. Try eating less of them. I generally limit myself to a 2 ounce portion of carbs and then have a salad on the side. Look for some of the low-calorie salad dressings or just put a bit of vinegar on the salad. Portion control is actually more important than eliminating foods as "bad".

As a caution, if someone tells you they can cast a spell for you to magically make you thin, they either don't know how magic works or they are trying to get you to send them money under false pretenses.

As for confidence spells, you might give this one a try to help you start and then stick to a weight loss plan. https://www.spellsofmagic.com/spells/life_spells/confidence_...

Unfortunately, there's no spell in which you say "make me thin" and poof, you're thin [I wish, would have saved me an eating disorder] What weight loss spells can do is help with motivation and cravings as well as charge the energy in your body to speed results. However, there is a lot more that goes into it. [and as Lark suggested, I would do a confidence spell, or say affirmations, as uncomfortable as they are at first] After casting a weight loss spell, you need to evaluate your life. Exercise is important, as well as changing your diet. Research how many calories your body needs for your weight, then subtract 500. Eat exactly that number [too much or too little will result in weight gain] and be sure to eat the right foods [500 calories worth of an apple is different than 500 calories of apple juice] You should also journal and look into why you feel this way, and learn to forgive yourself and accept yourself no matter how you look [this is where therapy comes in handy] I'll link my weight loss aid below, it works for about a month, and it just helps with cravings [at least, when I've cast it, that's the result]
