Are there any spells or rituals that are Nordic/Heathen that are easy and can be done by one person?

Customary home rituals were to sacrifice foods, spices, herbs, and even coin, but there were blood rites as well but generally for a high-standing figure like a chieftain or king to make a legal spiritual oath or vice versa to the people
its actually why I wear a metal wristband to hold my oath not to just one god but the pantheon

see Thomas Karlsson's "Uthark" for some good teachings about rune magic. Even better see Stephen Flowers/ Edred Thorsson's many writings. He's has a PhD in the old Germanic languages AND is a practicing godhi. Start with "Futhark: A Handbook of Rune Magic."
