I don't know... if works for you... but if you want to feel if someone is in your room you can try this:
What is hiden i want to see,what is here i want to hear.
Tell this 3 times aloud 3 times in silent and 3 times in your mind... but you need to think what you want to see and try to imagine that in color of your choise...
