During summonings of entities, does playing classical songs that contain tritones help with communication? On the contrary, after recently casting a spell and then playing tritones can you accidentally summon an entity.

I know rather little by way of music theory... to the point where I had to look up what a tritone was in order to be able to recognise it. After some retroactive pondering, I see it used musically as a generator or tension. A moment of buildup before the next release of energy in the song. Apparently it is used heavily in dance music like Jazz.

I can see such tones being used as a tool to similarly build personal tension and expectation. Music is, after all, essentially emotions codified into sound. In my opinion as an armchair philosopher, anyways. Considering that energy working and magic is related to build-up and release, it can be useful when applied deliberately.

Tritones are the sounds you hear in music where it is a harmony using multiple notes, but it sounds just that little bit off and not-quite synchronised. It isn't unpleasant, but it is just noticeable enough to elicit that sense of 'something's not right' that creates expectation and buildup.

That said, I have doubts that such a sound, appearing on its own, could accidentally/indirectly cause something to happen. Music doesn't generate energy itself so much as influence the people guiding it. Hence terms like 'setting the mood', 'Mood music', 'set the tone' etcetera. People are where the energy and its direction comes from. Music makes it easier to feel and connect with the emotional tone of our goals.
