Anyone else??
By:

So, this is a little different from what I was hoping to share. I just think it'll make a good discussion.

When I was meditating a while back, I was speaking to a spirit guide, and at the time I was going through a semi-crisis with my identity and who I love, etc. She sent me a vision, I got two pride flags side by side. It was an obvious kind of realization. It made me see who i am, I'm still learning to accept it.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? If so, let me know! Homophobic,Anti-aro/Ace, or straight up disrespectful comments are not welcome.

Kind of similar to homophobia in a way.

So the way I see it, I have a lot of friends who are part of the whole LGBT community, they're amazing friends, but several people I know made fun of them and treated them horribly. What I tell my friends, "love who makes you happy, love who makes you feel alive, if others do not like it, than they are truly not your friends." Now I know people will argue that anyone who is homosexual will be casted down, but I do know some things in the bible, I may not be the best, but I truly do you take this to heart.

"Love thy neighbor as thyself" Matthew 22:36-40 which I take to heart, my best friend who is homosexual, is now getting married, but his own parents disowned him for getting married to a man instead of a boy, so my mom told him she will be there if he wants, since she thought of him as a son.

Another verse is "Judge not, that ye be not judged" again Matthew 7:1-3

So why should we judge others on what makes them happy? I had a friend who killed themselves due to bullying, but I also know God loves everyone, doesn't matter what you are or who you are, you are loved.

Anyways, that's the way I see it.
