casting multiple spells

the dark of the moon is coming and i have multiple spells i need to cast. i've been told that the eve of the new moon and the evening after the new moon are just as effective, time wise. or do you think that to be most effective all of my spells must be cast during the evening of the dark moon?

When I cast a few spells, I do them over the day. I thought this fine.

Spread them across the night before, the night of, and the night after if you feel you need that much time for the castings.
