If you have an attachment on yourself or your household, there are a few steps you will want to take in order to be rid of it. Depending on your experience and/or how strong the attachment is, you might be better off enlisting direct help from a local priest or priestess.

Regardless of if you call in help or not, start with a Self cleanse. Work to deliberately and willfully clear yourself of negativity. (The first step of this would be examining how you came to draw in a being like ZoZo and learning from the situation)

Once you are in a petter personal state, use that to build authority over yourself and your home. Take charge of yourself and take ownership on your space. Do a cleansing of your home from a position of authority. (This would be where help can be valuable if you are inexperienced. Many entities fight back against their eviction)

Once the entity is given the boot, you then need to close the door behind it. It does no good to kick a person out if you leave the front door swinging in the breeze for them to walk back in again. Same goes for the supernatural. Work to develop and maintain a positive atmosphere in the home. Willfully create a threshold to your home and set deliberate expectations of what you will and won't allow entry.

For example a statement as simple as 'Let no being who intends harm be allowed within. Only those of light and love may remain.'

Each step has it's own process, which is usually pretty simple in concept. But there are many different ways to go about them. If you are looking for specifics, let us know along with what sorts of spiritual practices you are already familiar with. That way we can tailor ideas and actions to what you are already confident in.
