This process is usually known as charging, and when you specifically use only your energy, you can create a tie or a bond with an item, which may be what you're looking for, but depending on the object, it may have negative repercussions. There are a lot of approaches that can be applied, chief among them would be to meditate using one of the many breathing techniques that can be found here on the site, and to visualize your energy "filling" the object. If it was a pendulum or a charm you could take a strand of hair, if it's long enough, and wrap it around the stone. Alternatively, if suitable, you could carry the item on your person and have it under your pillow, for a week. Infusing or charging an object with your energy is about establishing a connection between you and it.
