I need advice badly, so for a bit of background I do energy working and astral travel quite a bit, or used to and something isnt letting me access my astral body, like something's taken over it. I keep trying to pull whatever is in it and on it off but it's not working well. Whenever I picture it its q small cluster of tentacles on my brain, a tentacle in my ears, one going down past my heart and on my back- it's all over. Awhile ago I felt something enter my ears and I tried to get it out, I didnt have enough energy to get it out. I'm running real low on energy and I cant recharge without it taking the energy I'm trying to use to charge. Its effecting me physically now and I'm at a loss. I think it's also trying to go after a loved one of mine and I cant let that stand. Please help.
It sounds like it could be some sort of parasitic attachment. If you don't do so regularly already, I suggest cleansing and banishing and then shielding yourself. If we astral travel or journey often, we can encounter entities during our etheric journeys. Not all of them are beneficial or friendly. So it's always a good idea to make sure our defenses are up and we have clear boundaries set so that attachments like that don't happen.
Thank you so so much, I'm going to try a few cleanings now. I tried the star ruby but either I messed it up or I just didnt have enough energy for it. I'll try again after cleansing. Any method you prefer if you dont mind me asking?

I just did it and I feel my energy coming back already, I'm a little shaken up and out of breath but I'm pretty sure that's just it getting removed. Theres a lot and this has been going on for a few months now. Tysm, I really appriciate this a ton

Hello again! I hope you dont mind but any tips with visualization? After I removed it another nasty one latched on and I keep doing the banishing you reccomend but the pentagrams keep trying to turn red. It's hard to keep and get a strong visualization going for it without it trying to mess with it a bit so- if you mind my asking you advice would be appreciated.

If you are banishing this entity but then not creating any wards and personal shields to prevent it coming back then it will indeed come back, or another entity might invade your space.
