Entities touching me.

Hi again, I've been dealing with a spirit or entity at my grandparents house touching me and I cant stop it.im really really uncomfortable with it and I cant really cleanse the way I usually do. Any advice?

It depends on how you cleanse. Have you worked with crystals?

I dont use Crystals often but I can, I usually smoke cleanse or use mist. Where should I start?
