There are lots of ideas on how to use garlic

-cooking with garlic, typically garlic is minced and added to dishes, loads of YouTube videos on how to mince garlic

-Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, if you have health concerns please visit your health practicioner- I made a great garlic and olive oil ear oil when I had sore ears (I was congested from a cold)

-you can buy it at the grocery store, or plant your own in the month of June and harvest in the Fall.

-It is a great offering to Goddess Hekate

-magickally it is used to ward off evil spirits, it is said some wear garlic on them (around their neck, carry in pocket), or hung near doors or above beds. Could add it to a spell if appropriate.

I have heard garlic is used for ear infections. There is a specific way to do it, however I always recommend to just use a simple antibiotic which is less mess. There are many uses for it, not just in its raw form, but everything down to the oils, the aroma and even the husks.

Some believe it is a powerful means to add to spells for strength, agility and protection (to ward off) and it was often used by soldiers going into battle due to its properties. Placing cloves beneath pillows helps for protection during slumber. Some use garlic as a means of smudging a new house by placing skins or opened cloves near doorways.

The obvious is to protect against (psychic vampire) attacks, or a person who drains your energy.

It is long believed to have been carried by sailors or individuals crossing water as a means of not drowning or preventing their ship from sinking.

It is used in creating a poppet (head) and when the mouth is sewn shut it can prevent gossip from that person.

Probably the most useful is to use garlic to break a spell that didn't quite go as planned. To cancel a spell, take any ingredients or items used in the creation of the spell and bury in in the dirt with a clove of garlic.
