I need help
By:
Hello members, I have experienced this for along time but I always considered it as normal up to now. The thing is when down on my bed and I try to relax and concentrate, and I look around my bed room (it was painted white) and I don't have any light in the room although Light reflected from the Next room. On the walls and sealing, I usually see many white small circles on top of that, I can't focus on them. Then the question is, what are those tiny and big circles I usually see?

I remember looking into this sort of thing before. Sounds like hypnagogia to me. It's quite common, I get it myself sometimes. Sometimes I see "colonies" of purple/orange circles that expand, yet seem to get further away at the same time when I try to focus on them. Other times I see red and blue grid-like patterns that move when I try to focus on them. Been seeing these things for as long as I can remember.

I would consider painting the walls a different colour, maybe a beige or cream colour, or something darker, if your walls are too bright [pure white, canary yellow] it can effect you and slowly drive you mad simply because of the brightness of the colour effecting your eyes. If you feel it's something more, I would still repaint but also try cleansing the space, decluttering, and possibly redecorate [move the furniture around] to create a new energy flow in the space. Bedrooms should be rather simple with little to no electronic devices because this can effect sleep. Retrain yourself to make your room a relaxing place, that can help.
