Why are there chances of seeing many of dreams but dont quite know the meaning? Why is getting dreams or nightmares even mean? And why whenever we have them some sort of things just look like they happen? For example me I had a dream of a demon or mutant of a dog in a Allie way running back and forth as I saw what seemed to be a person it seemed to be female slowly disappear infront of me and it seemed I was very young and wrapped in a blanket after the women has disappeared the demon or mutant dog stopped infront of me and attacked me.

Dreams and why we dream are a bit tricky. Because researches are still finding out the question " why we dream?". Many people believe that dreams help us in a way. Dreams can help you in life since dreams do hold significant to them. Though, de-coding the dream is also a bit tricky since we all have different lives and the dream can mean something different to all of us. Hence, why we try and remember certain things in things and certain feelings and later on look them up and try to make a connection into your lives, what we're not seeing, what we need to do, how we're feeling, etc...

For example, when you said "wrapped in a blanket after the women has disappeared the demon or mutant dog stopped in front of me and attacked me." to me it means that in this time of your life you were vulnerable because a person in your life who gave a protective feeling is gone.

Nightmares, do often happen we are in a low-state of energy in our life such as depression, anxiety, anything like that. Can increase the chances of getting nightmares. Which is why many people do meditate before sleeping because meditation has always been a way to release that sort of feeling and increase a restful night sleep.

I don't know the statistics of getting a dream and not being able to understand the meaning behind it. But I can tell you it is common and uncommon. Since, when we get dreams we don't always remember the full dream we remember parts and maybe, later on, we remember a different part so it can be hard to bring the pieces together like a puzzle that's missing a few pieces. But when we do remember that part we look it up and try to plug in into our daily lives which can help us gain a better understanding of something that is in our lives.

Dream Journal/Book, these are very common and I highly suggest making one/getting one. Is it a book where you put all the information about your dream in this book. Right, when you wake up to put it in the journal so you don't forget later on. Since forgetting a dream happens often, sadly.

Dreams can either be messages from a spiritial source, or they can just not mean anything. Usually, if a dream means something, the dream is very repetitive. I would say if you had the same for around 3-4 nights, then it probably means something.

However, the message itself isn't completely clear. The message that's given from a dream can be interpreted in different ways, and that's why it's hard to know what your dream means.

I am not sure about the realisticness of the dreams when you are dreaming. It probably has something to do with the fact that you are asleep, and you don't see anything from the outside world while you're sleeping.
