What are Year Numbers?

What are these year numbers, month numbers, and whatnot innumerology? By year(like let's say my year is a 3), is it the end number of each year or what? Like is 2003, 2013, 2023, etc. my lucky years? Every third year of your life? If I was born on 2003, would it be 2006, 2009, etc.? Every third year after nine years? Ex: 2014, 2025 etc.? Or what? Explanation please.

You add the day of your birth to the month of your birth to the year of your birth.
Example: birth date Jan. 5 2019
1 + 5 + 2 + 1 + 9 = 18 now 1+ 8 = 9

No. 9 is your life path number. You have to look up what that means in the numerology section.

Pardon the vagueness, I mean as in the personal numbers. Example:

Personal Year: 3

A time of creativity, motivation, and inspiration.

So what does this mean? This is always every year? This is on the third year every time? 2003, 2013, 2023, 2033? Sorry for the confusion.

The number doesn't have anything to do with other years or intervals or anything like that, it has to do specifically with the date you were born. It represents you and the opportunities, challenges, and potential obstacles in your life. Think of it similarly to your zodiac sign. It applies to your life as a whole, not only in certain years.
